Dale  is a BAFTA, Emmy and multi-award-winning senior creative with over 30 years experience. She has worked as an Executive Producer, Development Executive and Director. And also works as a Development and Production Consultant, navigating production deals and advising and troubleshooting productions.  

She has worked at senior level on series for BBC , Discovery , CCTV , Nat Geo , Netflix, NDR, SBS, Sky and more on a wide range of genres and budgets. 

Dale specialises in delivering both editorially and visually demanding specialist factual projects (Human Planet- BBC/Discovery, In The Footsteps of Marco Polo - CCTV/Blue Ant), history drama docs (Sex and Sensibility - Sky/SBS, Sex: A Bonkers History)  and expedition formats with scale and ambition. (Bear Grylls: Mission Survive / SAS Are You Tough Enough/ Pacific Abyss ) and popular formats (Escape to the Chateau Ch4).

She is used to working with high profile talent.  She spent 10 years at the BBC Natural History Unit and has filmed with wildlife and people in over 60 countries. She is an expert  remote and extreme locations, and running large teams on complex multi-camera projects.
